The affectionately named 'Ranch House' is a place for committee meetings and Ranch social events designed to foster and sustain the unique ties and spirit of this community. The Ranch's dog park is availble for use by residents, their guests, and of course their pooches. Contact the office to gain access.
Our Fitness Center is made up of two rooms and features modern exercise equipment as well as space for floor exercises.
Given the native landscaping requirements of the Ranch (and the presence of hungry deer), we maintain a wonderful community garden space for vegetables and flowers. Residents interested in securing a plot are encouraged to contact the office.
The Walden Orchard provides a delicious harvest of fruit for homeowners to enjoy every year.
We have two swimming pools here at the Ranch that are open seasonally. One is a lap pool with lane dividers for those looking to exercise, and the other provides an inviting space for families to enjoy and relax.
We have a total of three tennis courts for use by residents and their guests.
About 7.5 miles of trails cross Ranch property, 6 of which are found on our very own Coal Mine Ridge Nature Preserve, which also links up to nearby Windy Hill Preserve.
The Ranch has its own vineyard and winery, with yearly vintages that homeowners can purchase shares of. A volunteer committee runs the wine-making processes, and residents are encouraged to join them if interested.
